Muskogee County arrest records are public under the Oklahoma Open Records Act. These records are curated during the booking process and maintained by the arresting agency. However, the Sheriff's Office has primary law-enforcement jurisdiction within the county and maintains arrest records related to jail detentions.

Inquirers may access information such as an arrestee's identifiers (name, age, sex, race, height, weight), the arresting agency, arresting officer, arrest date, and arrest time.

However, some information contained in Muskogee County arrest records is redacted from public disclosure. For instance, Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers are not included in a public arrest record.
